Usamah didn't come to breathwork through a textbook. He found it the way most people do — through his own pain.
That lived experience is at the heart of everything at Spirasana. As a trauma-informed facilitator, Usamah combines breathwork, Spinal Energetics, sound healing, and somatic bodywork to guide you safely into the parts of yourself that need the most care.
His approach is not about fixing you. You are not broken. It's about creating the conditions for your own innate wisdom to emerge.

Our approach to somatic breathwork is grounded in trauma-informed principles, which means that we prioritise safety, empowerment and choice in our work with clients. We recognise that every individual's journey is unique, and we work collaboratively with you to create a personalised plan for your healing process.

Breathwork is a powerful technique that allows you to access altered states of consciousness and facilitate deep healing. By breathing in a conscious connected way, you bring your body into its own natural rhythm and activate its innate healing power.
At Spirasana, we use breathwork to help you release stored trauma and emotions, let go of negative patterns, and cultivate a sense of inner peace and freedom. By working with your breath and body, you can access states of consciousness that are beyond the limitations of the mind, and experience profound healing on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level.
